Keenan Lineback steals the show in the Jr Womens division
Champs are made in Hatteras in any and all conditions. Hurricane surf down here tends to bring out the best from surfers, as was the case for Billabong surfer Keenan Lineback. Keenan out surfed her competitors in the Junior Womens division, three decent frontside hits on one wave undoing three tenacious Floridians just like that.
